Work Smart. Work Safe.
Keep your "Heads Up" and work safe!

Bloody Lucky

This week we thought we would shift gears and highlight another Alberta safety campaign…Bloody Lucky.

Since launching in 2008, this campaign aimed at Alberta’s young workers has used videos (which you can check out at by clicking on the link below) to help the risks and very real consequences of not working safely.

Messaging also focused on the five questions young workers should ask their employers to avoid and be prepared for unsafe situations.  They are …

  1. How can I be injured doing my job?
  2. What safety procedures do I need to follow?
  3. Who will give me safety training?
  4. Do I need safety gear?
  5. What happens if I get hurt?

We at Heads Up thing these are really important questions.

For more information on Bloody Lucky check out their website or for more information.
